TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Competition

  1. Entrants to the competition ("entrants") are bound by the entry instructions as published in these terms and conditions, which may be varied from time to time.

  2. The competition will run from August 2010 ongoing, with a Monthly Draw.

2. Entry Conditions
  1. Only one entry per Entrant will be accepted into the monthly draw.
  2. The Competition is open to all United States residents over the age of 16 (sixteen) excluding employees, agents (or families of such employees or agents) of Promoter or anyone else connected with the administration of the Competition.
3. The Prize

  1. On the last working day of each month one winner will be drawn from the accepted entrants.

  2. The winners Prize will be selected by us. The winner will not be able to swap the prize for anything else and no cash alternative will be offered.

  3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

4. Notification of Winner and distribution of the prize
  1. The winners will be notified if their entry has been drawn by the 15th day of the following month of entry.
  2. Notification will be made using details provided.

  3. We reserve the right to hold a redraw of the winner in the event of invalid personal and/or contact details provided.

5. Eligibility

The following persons are not eligible to enter the competition: (i) employees of any business involved or associated with the competition and (ii) any such person’s family or household members. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

All information relating to entrants collected from which each entrant can be identified will be recorded electronically and will be used at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not disclose any such information to third parties (aside from commercial partners in relation to this competition), save as expressly stated under these terms and conditions.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising therefrom.
